Presentation: Minimalistic Nature Photography - Jack Graham
Jack's presentation will be about “Minimalistic Nature Photography.”
He’ll discuss how to use common as well as diverse subjects in a minimalistic approach to image making.
It is somewhat unnatural for us photographers to create images based on simplicity but are powerful to the viewer.
We’ll discuss and develop the proper concepts, techniques, and mindset to create such images.
Get ready for perhaps a new way of seeing our world! You don’t need fancy gear, a large assortment of lenses etc.
All you need is to develop your creative eye. I hope to help you do just that.

About the Club
We are a group of enthusiastic photographers of all ages and levels of experience
Club meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of every month on the Oak Ridge Campus of Roane State Community College
Bi-Monthly Photo Competitions
Club members may upload up to three photos for the chosen theme. Entries will be judged and discussed during the club meeting. The top photos will be selected for mention in our SmugMug gallery.

Facebook Cover Photo Competitions
Members of our Facebook community are encouraged to enter the monthly cover photo competition by uploading one photo with the chosen theme's #hashtag.
The theme is chosen by the previous month's winner.
Annual Salon Held Each Fall
Photographers may submit multiple printed photos into the annually-selected categories.
Our Salon is open to all.
